Q1How long does a site survey take, and is there a charge?+
Most surveys take 60–120 minutes on site, depending on building size. Surveys are free within our coverage area and there's no obligation to proceed — you keep the report either way.
Q2Do you do emergency / out-of-hours work?+
Yes, for clients on a support contract — that's why we sell them. We also pick up emergency calls from non-contract clients when we have engineers free; expect a premium rate.
Q3Will you work with kit I've already bought?+
Usually, yes. We'll tell you straight if something's mis-spec'd for the job, but we'd rather install what you have than make you skip-bin a working system.
Q4Are you insured? Accredited?+
£5M public liability, £1M professional indemnity. Engineers DBS & CSCS-checked. Installer accreditations with Paxton, Hikvision, Meraki, Datto, Sophos and others.
Q5Who owns the CCTV footage and credentials?+
You do. Always. We hand over admin credentials at commissioning and document them in your handover pack. Our access lapses unless you renew us on a support contract.
